The room is asleep.

Lights off, display in standby, blinds down. It uses almost no power while nobody needs it.

It wakes up before you arrive.

The booking says 08:00, so at 07:55 the blinds rise, the lights fade up and the display comes on. Nobody touches a switch.

Class starts with one touch.

One tap on the lectern panel joins the call, shares the lecturer's laptop and sets the room for teaching.

The camera follows the speaker.

An AI tracking camera keeps the lecturer framed as they move, so remote students always see who is talking.

The mics focus on the voice.

Ceiling beamforming mics steer to the speaker and reduce keyboard and room noise. No clip on mic needed.

It checks its own health.

Every device can be monitored through the platform, so a fault is seen and often fixed before the next class.

Class ends. It powers down.

When the room empties, it switches itself off and is ready for the next booking.
