1. Who we are

Digiworz Pte Ltd (UEN 201837647R), 1090 Lower Delta Road, #07-12, Singapore 169201 ("Digiworz", "we", "us"). We design, install and support audio visual, smart space and AI solutions.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

• Contact form: title of your enquiry, name, organisation, email, phone number and your message.
• Build a Room request for quote: name, organisation, job title, email, phone number, site address, room requirements and preferences, site visit date and time preferences, on site contact person and your remarks.
• Partnership enquiry: company or brand, name, job title, email, phone number, product categories and your message.
• When you email or call us, or meet us at a site visit: the details you share with us.
• Technical data: our website host and its security firewall record basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

The Build a Room page saves your progress in your own browser (local storage) so you do not lose it if you refresh. This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you choose to send your request. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking analytics on this website.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations and proposals.
• To arrange and carry out site visits and surveys.
• To discuss and manage partnerships with manufacturers and distributors.
• To plan, deliver, support and maintain projects, including warranty and service matters.
• To keep business records, protect our website and meet legal and regulatory requirements.

We will only send you marketing information if you have agreed to it, and you can stop it at any time.

4. Consent

By submitting a form on this website or contacting us, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (section 10). We will tell you the likely consequences, for example that we may no longer be able to prepare a quotation or arrange a site visit.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only when needed:

• Service providers who support our business, such as our email and productivity provider, website hosting and security provider, and any form service used by this website, under obligations to protect it.
• Manufacturers and distributors of the products in your project, where needed for project registration, warranty, support or repairs.
• Government agencies or authorities when required or permitted by law.

6. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to make sure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable security arrangements, including an encrypted (https) website protected by a security firewall, access controls for our staff and secure business systems.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or for legal and business reasons, such as warranty periods, contracts and tax records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Your rights

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and ask us to correct any errors. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, generally within 30 days. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, and will tell you the fee before processing.
